Dool Realty's evolution spans over 20 years, initiated by my early exposure to real estate as a son of an investor/developer. After diverse ventures in the hospitality industry, a career shift in 2000 led me to become a residential mortgage officer and later a foreclosure trustee sale professional amid the 2008 market crash. Progressing to an asset manager for a major trustee buyer in Southern CA, I navigated thousands of home transactions. In 2014, Dool and Associates emerged, flipping over 450 assets. With the launch of Acquisition Spider, our acquisition platform, we've ventured into brokerage, leveraging our investor/asset manager expertise to guide others.
